The Secondary Processing production line is mainly used for the drilling, sawing, milling of groove of H-beam, U-beam, and channel steel. It is widely used in the field of steel structure construction, bridge, tower mast and space truss etc. The whole processing will be completed after the work piece going through the equipment. The precision of processing work pieces can meet the requirement of national standard Quality Inspection & Acceptance Specification of Steel Structure Construction(number : GB50205-2001)

Features:

1) Complete secondary processing production line of steel structure is comprised of 3-D drilling machine, CNC band sawing machine, CNC steel bevelling machine and longitudidal  rollerway.

2) Work piece can be forward and backward on the rollerway and be finished the drilling, cutting, bevelling after the work piece going through the whole equipment.

3) One of the equipments and longitudidal rollerway can be made of a single production line.

4) Longitudical rollerway belongs to unit design, can be any combination of length as the length of work piece.

5) Transverse rollerway can be choosen as the needs of work piece

6) The layout of equipment and rollerway have a wide range of selective ways as customer's requirements.

7) In- feeding rollerway of production line contains dynamic, non-dynamic rollerway and crosswise pushing equipment.

8) conveyor roller is thick-walled seamless steel tubes, and roller surface is formed by hign-frenquency, quenching and grinding.

9) Key machine, hydraulic pressure, and electric components are choosen from famous products domectic and abroad.
