Usage:

It is double-column designed, with high efficiency and good flatness of section. It is the necessary equipment for the quantity guaranteed in the steel strucure.

2) The double-column design with high rigidity, and strong lathe bed make this band sawing machine have the favorable vibration absorption when sawing in high speed.

3) For the self whirl of the band sawing machine, the longer work piece can be cuted with 0°~45°without turning, keeping the continuity of the production.

4) Special designed for the cutting process of various profiles, adopt high power motor ensure the good performance of driving.

6) The automatic hydraulic stretching device of  saw blade can make the saw blade keep stable during the fast running to prolong its lifetime.

7) A middle clamping arm of the saw blade is equiped to prevent the sawing blade deflecting and acquire high speed cutting.

8) The route limit switch of saw frame can be adjusted to reduce the unvalide route of sawing which saves the working time.

9) The automatic cooling system cooperates with the feeding speed of saw blade to lubricate and cooling the saw blade.

10) Laser alignment and the manual micro-adjusting feeding in and out mechanism can make the lineation or mark which prepared in advance align with the sawing position to make the operation easily.

11) The sawing linear speed adjusted by the chief motors frequency conversion.And the feeding-in speed steepless adjusted by the hydraulic oil, which turn out stable feeding-in and make it suitable for different type and size workpiece , greatly improve the production efficiency.

12) The whole process of sawing is automatic and controled by the PLC.The saw will blade gets back to the upper position after the sawing automatically,make the operation easily.
